Meeting Times and Locations
Clinic sessions are held during all quarters in the Graduate Orthodontics Clinic. You will be assigned to a team of graduate orthodontic residents. The senior resident will be in charge of overseeing your case. Dr. Greenlee will be in clinic on Tuesday mornings, but you may schedule appointments during any graduate orthodontic clinic session. Please contact the orthodontic clinic scheduler, Ms. Gurpreet Gill (naveen@u.washington.edu, 543-4203) to make an appointment.

Please note
You must treatment plan an approved case with Dr. Greenlee prior to starting treatment on your patient. Treatment planning sessions are during office hours (posted) or arranged by appointment (geoffg@u.washington.edu).

A complete set of initial records is REQUIRED to treatment plan: high-quality models trimmed to orthodontic standards using an accurate centric occlusion wax bite, a printed composite page of digital intraoral and extraoral photographs, and a recent panoramic radiograph (or full-mouth series). Please note that fees for radiographs are not included in the limited ortho fee.

MAKE SURE YOU SAVE ALL OF YOUR PRE-TREATMENT RECORDS. You will need both initial and final records for credit.  DO NOT FORGET TO TAKE A C.O. WAX BITE.

Post treatment models and photos are required for credit in Ortho 631.

Read the ortho 631 memo (link on left) for complete information.
